ZOMG File submissions!

Just been through the file submissions list for this month, so if you uploaded a decent skin, chances are it's up for download. If your skin sucked (this is in my opinion, of course, but if Bojan can't be bothered to work on his own site then what I say goes), or it looked like everyone elses, or it didn't include a proper screenshot (whoever made that skin of himself, I'm looking at you. Your avatar is not an acceptible screenshot of your skin. Especially if it doesn't include anything about your skin in it.) hasn't been uploaded. Don't bitch if your skin/hilt/mod hasn't been upped, take it as constructive critisism and make something better. If you've come far enough to have something that works in-game, it's not that hard to improve on whatever you've made before.
Oh, and if your mod is called "Text change mod", and the description is something along the lines of "This mod changes the text in MP when someone dies, commits suicide, etc", resubmit it with a proper description and we'll probably add it to the site. What does the mod change the text in MP to?

Movie Battles II release the BETA version 17

It's been a long, hard 7 and a half months, but the time has finally come!
Build 17 of Movie Battles II is now available for download.
Click here to go straight to the downloads page, where you can choose either the .exe install or the manual .zip install (make sure you extract it to your GameData directory)
Server admins, you will also find the new Linux server file on that same page.
Also new and featured on that same page is a smaller package for the 56k-ers out there. The big file has been split up in small 1.4 MB files, be sure to make use of this feature if you want a swift download and don't have the high connection.
Keep in mind that a fresh install of MB2 is recommended.
The full list of changes from B16 are listed on that page. Also make sure you take the time to inspect the new ReadMe located in your /MBII folder after install.
Apologies to Mac users - we do not have a B17 build for you at this time. We will endevour to get it to you ASAP.
Both our official servers are now running B17. Our wireplay server will be set back to OPEN MODE, while our Fun Industries server will now run in the newly added 'FULL-AUTHENTIC' MODE - until further notice.

If you noticed over the past month more recent files have been unable to download due to a server problem, But the problem been corrected so download away!
